How to apply

• Download application form from website and print or collect physical form hard copy from the office bearer with paying the Form value.
• Fill up the form providing all information as required in the Application form.
• Get your request recommended by at least two permanent members of the club in the prescribed format as indicated in the application form.
• Affix a passport size photograph in the space in the application form.
• Pay following fees:
  • Cost of Application Form (if downloaded from website application form cost to be paid separately)
  • Membership Fees
• Payment may be done in any of the following modes:
  • Account Payee Cheque in favour of Engineers’ Club
  • Payment through UPI QR Code as provided in the “Pay to Club” tab.
  • Online bank transfer of money to club account as per Account Number and IFS Code as provided in the “Pay to Club” tab.
• Enclose following documents duly signed by the applicant on each copy:
  • Graduation Certificate issued by the University
  • Any one of Voter ID Card/ PAN Card/ Aadhar Card
  • Home address proof
  • Account Payee Cheque or UPI/ Online Transaction ID No.
• Submit the application form duly filled in and signed in physical form along with the document and Cheque (Transaction print out if submitted through UPI or Online Bank Transfer).
• The application will be scrutinized by the Managing Committee for acceptance or rejection and applicant will be intimated accordingly.
